The Association's key objectives are to:
- Influence the promotion of the highest professional standards in financial, revenue and IT management in the hospitality industry
- Develop the high standing and reputation of the members and the Association within the hospitality industry
- Provide the membership with professional updates and technical guidance on issues relevant to the hospitality sector
- Encourage professional development for all members to maintain the high standards of competence and governance expected by the sector
- Enable good ideas, best practice and solutions to be shared within the sector
- Encourage networking between members at regular meetings and social functions.
