Wietse Bijzeit

Wietse Bijzeit, Vice President, Global Solutions Architect at Shiji, brings over 20 years of hospitality experience and a reputation as a trusted advisor. In his prior role at Sircle Collection he led a new technology strategy, enhancing guest experiences and future-proofing the technology stack to empower teams.

At Shiji, Wietse is dedicated to addressing complex client needs and supporting company growth. He's passionate about innovation, focusing on translating customer and undiscovered future industry needs into product development and integrations. Wietse views technology and data as an enabler, not a goal in itself.


Tiziana Messina

Tiziana is the Pre-Sales manager at Shiji Group for the Shiji Enterprise Platform, responsible for the EMEA region. She pursued a bachelor degree in foreign languages in Italy and later dedicated decades to a hospitality career that  brought her to work for luxury groups such as Jumeirah, Langham and Rosewood, and in the UAE, USA, UK, Italy and France. She held various executive roles in operations, and gathered years of experience in anticipating guests' expectations and automating tasks without losing sight of the vital human interaction guests are still delighted to be a part of. Her passion for hospitality will continue to support hoteliers and this industry that have to adapt quickly to generations, sudden changes and guests' demands. Her true passion of providing excellent guest service can now be fulfilled, in a more productive way, through technology. ​

Jane Pendlebury

Jane has worked with HOSPA for many years and has been CEO for 7+ years. Having gained a degree in hotel management, Jane worked in both chain and independent hotels before becoming a supplier of technology to hotels and restaurants. She is an enthusiastic supporter of the industry and is a constant, positive voice promoting hospitality as a career of choice.
