Salary: £40k - £60k (depending on experience and group size)

Also known as: Cluster Revenue Manager, Group Yield Manager, Cluster Yield Manager.

The Group Revenue Manager leads the group’s efforts to ensure strategic management of price against Revenue Management goals and objectives. This includes leading continuous improvements against price analytics, price administration, and price setting.

Your duties may include

  • Co-ordinating rooms revenue strategy for a group of hotels and maximise total hotel revenues by the effective management of bedroom and meeting room availability and rate strategy
  • Provide guidance to the sales teams, on both corporate and transient pricing and group pricing, analysing weekly and monthly reports and effectively communicate the hotels weekly performance and revenue strategies
  • Setting group selling rates and guidelines to maximise group business and management of all distribution channels across all systems
  • To ensure outstanding customer service is delivered at all times within the revenue department
  • To develop a confident, well trained revenue team who manage all responsibilities relating to transient reservations, group reservations and meeting and events business.


  • Strong understanding of rooms and C&E revenue management
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and critical reasoning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; including development of presentation deck to Senior executive staff
  • Strong knowledge of volume price relationships
  • Operate effectively as team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines
  • Ability to work independently as required
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively throughout the organisation to achieve objectives
  • Travel and work for extended periods of time to meet deadlines for special projects.
