The question of how we can keep guests safe has been brought to the fore by the Mandarin Oriental and Cameron House Hotel fire. The Grenfell Tower disaster means fire safety regulations will no doubt be revised in all large buildings. All Hoteliers have a duty of care to your guests. Come and find out what you need to do to keep your guests safe and secure while they stay with you. Our expert panel will cover fire safety, electronic lock systems fire regulations, CE marking, physical security and dealing with emergences.
