Professor Emeritus, specialist in strategic management in hospitality and food service with international experience in Europe, China and Australia. Peter has extensive project management expertise in developing educational projects for the hospitality sector in both Higher Education and in the business environment.
Debra Adams – Head of Professional Development
Debra leads the HOSPA Professional Development team and is Course Manager to both the Financial Management and Revenue Management programmes. She is an experienced educator with extensive knowledge of the education sector including the development of in company programmes, continuing professional development and online learning.

Janel Clark – Tutor HOSPA Revenue Management Programmes
Passionate about inspiring the next generation of Revenue Managers and as the founder of NextGenRevenue, she has over 20 years’ experience in Hotel Revenue Management and Distribution with extensive International training experience, delivering workshops throughout UK, Europe and Middle East to industry and hospitality students.
Sue Callard – Senior Programmes Coordinator
Sue is an experienced education administrator working with our learners, tutors and partners to ensure the smooth running of all our courses. She also has a background in Learning Technology and is involved in the upgrade of our online learning management system due to go live in 2020.
