Financial Management Programme Stage 2

Stage 2 of the HOSPA Professional Development Programme in Financial Management focuses on Operational Management Accounting. Topics include:

Costing
Break even analysis
Cost based and Market approaches to pricing
Introduction to Revenue Management
Budgeting and Forecasting
Presentation of information for decision-making

There are three levels of study available and successful completion of all three levels leads to Certified Associate Membership of HOSPA enabling members to use AHOSPA Cert (FM) in their business correspondence. This award confirms that the member has the skills and knowledge to manage a hospitality finance department.

The cost of the course includes course materials, access to the online learning space and examination fees.
