Financial Management Programme Stage 3

Stage 3 of the HOSPA Professional Development course in Financial Management focuses on Strategic Management Accounting. The course content includes:

Sources of funds and cost of capital
Ratio analysis and non financial performance measures
Capital investment analysis and discounted cash flows
Working capital management and cash flow forecasting

This course is available as a stand alone course for all those wanting an update on the above techniques.
The cost of the course includes course materials, access to the online learning space and examination fees.

There are three levels of study available and successful completion of all three stages leads to Certified Associate Membership of HOSPA enabling members to use AHOSPA Cert (FM) in their business correspondence. This award confirms that the member has the skills and knowledge to manage a hospitality finance department.
