Hospitality asset management – driving value, aligning interests and optimising outcomes
Hospitality Asset Management looks at all operational aspects, including Revenue and Financial Management techniques. These include the application of analytics, to measure both past financial achievements, track sales and marketing reach and forecast, thus optimising efficiency. The programme delivers insights into how to adapt the product to maintain and improve the product’s competitive position.

The course also focuses on the strategies used by the different types of investors and stakeholders, whether they are local or from overseas, experienced in hospitality or new to the industry. This understanding will help the learner drive synergy, create mutually beneficial relationships, and optimise the business outcome as well as facilitate dealings with funders and other stakeholders.
