AI Policy for Brands

This policy sets out how Artificial Intelligence (AI) should be used responsibly across the brand to improve guest experience, support team, and protect the organisation’s data, reputation, and brand standards. AI is a powerful technology and has many benefits, but it must be used wisely.
Ultimately, like digital technologies, AI will just become a normal part of the role of all/most departments and will be baked into systems, so this policy may not be needed in this explicit form in a few years when the technology matures.
