Emily is responsible for supporting student enrolments and onboarding administration for learners. Emily is an experienced hospitality professional with a broad background in proactive sales, marketing, training and recruitment. She has worked for multinational companies such as Accor and the Firmdale Hotels.

Yaneal is our terrific Finance Management Tutor. He is currently a Lecturer in Business and Finance at QAHE (ULST). Yaneal has lectured at one of the leading hotel schools in the world and was formerly Subject Leader for Finance at Glion Institute of Higher Education.

Alex is a strong leader with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Alex has worked extensively throughout Europe and Asia and has held regional roles, including Vice President of Finance. Alex has in-depth knowledge and practical experience that has been invaluable to many hotel owners and investors.
Michelle Wells
Commercial Restaurant Management Tutor
Michelle is an experienced consultant and lecturer. Michelle has over 23 years’ experience in higher education, including Glion Institute of Higher Education, Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne and Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, and a Master’s in Convention and Events Management from Southern Cross University, Australia. Underpinning this, Michelle has 15 years of industry experience working in restaurants, hotels and event management around the world.
Ariane Lengyel
Commercial Restaurant Management Tutor
Ariane is a Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Management at the University of West London with responsibility for the Hospitality undergraduate programme. With over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Ariane spent over ten years in the Rooms Division Department before moving onto Sales and Marketing at corporate level, working for companies such as Hilton and Accor.

Alex is a strategic commercial leader and recognised MICE industry expert, with extensive experience across the Groups and MICE segments in the UK and Europe. Most recently, Alex served as Global Director of Business Development at edyn Group, overseeing the UK and Europe. Prior to this, she spent six years at The Hoxton as Global Director of Groups & Events.
