Here at HOSPA, we’ve always believed in making a lasting impression on the hospitality industry.
But today, as we celebrate a major milestone, we are taking our brand commitment to a whole new level.
To mark her 10th anniversary at the helm of the association, our CEO, Jane Pendlebury, has commemorated a decade of leadership with the ultimate display of dedication – getting a permanent HOSPA logo tattoo.
And inspired by Jane’s bold move, we’re thrilled to announce a brand-new, unprecedented perk for our community. Introducing our new membership “Ink-centive”.
Free Tattoos for HOSPA Members
Effective immediately, we’re offering all levels of HOSPA membership – from Associates to Fellows – a complimentary, professional tattoo as part of your annual subscription.
The initiative aims to provide a permanent symbol of professional standards, ensuring that hospitality excellence is a lifelong commitment. Members can choose from the classic HOSPA logo or a curated selection of HOSPA-themed designs and we will reimburse the costs up to £100.
Speaking on her 10-year anniversary and her new commemorative ink, Jane Pendlebury said: “After 10 years of leading this wonderful association, I felt it was time to show that HOSPA is truly under my skin. Hospitality is a 24/7 industry that requires total dedication, and what better way to show that than with a permanent tribute. It certainly makes a statement in the boardroom. We’re thrilled to extend this to our members too. We’ve always been about making your mark in the industry, and now we’re making it official.”

How to claim your 'Ink-centive'
Ready to roll up your sleeves and show your dedication to the hospitality industry? Claiming your free tattoo is easy. Simply provide us with photographic evidence of your new HOSPA ink, alongside a valid receipt from a recognised tattoo parlour.
If you are looking for a recommendation, Jane has a stellar one: "I can highly recommend Solid Ink in Farnham. They did a marvellous job of mine, but if Farnham is a little far away, we’re happy to reimburse costs at other tattoo parlours too."
