Available through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace, IRIS F&B Mobile Ordering integrates with Oracle Simphony Cloud to enhance F&B operations with a near-seamless and convenient way for guests to order F&B online on their own device, anywhere, anytime.
IRIS, a leading provider of digital F&B and guest experience platforms for the hospitality sector and a member of Oracle Partner Network (OPN), today announced F&B Mobile Ordering is available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace and can be integrated with Oracle Simphony Cloud using Transaction Services API Gen2 (STSG2). This follows their position as a certified Transaction Services STSG1 provider for the last 5 years. Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a centralised repository of enterprise applications offered by Oracle and Oracle partners.
IRIS F&B Mobile Ordering provides hoteliers with a faster and more efficient mobile ordering solution to maximise F&B revenue, free up staff time, and enhance the guest experience. Accessible via QR codes and web browsers, IRIS mobile ordering provides a convenient, accessible option (across-property) for guests to review, order, and pay for items all from their own device, at a time and location that suits them - without being restricted by the need to find a menu or flag down a waiter.
With the full integration to Simphony Cloud, orders go direct to the kitchen to be processed, enabling hoteliers to save resources, increase turnaround times, and improve order accuracy. Operators can also save set-up time by swiftly importing items and prices and updating menu choices in real-time using IRIS’ intuitive user interface.
In addition to the revenue gains and process efficiencies, mobile F&B ordering also satisfies guests’ growing expectations for a digital, self-serve guest experience.
Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a one-stop shop for Oracle customers seeking trusted business applications and services offering unique solutions, including ones that extend Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
“Our availability on Oracle Cloud Marketplace not only delivers a more efficient and enjoyable experience with greater flexibility for guests, but it also saves costs and boosts income for operators.
'With the growing guest demand for mobile ordering and self-service options, we pride ourselves on investing and developing robust solutions that equip operators with the tools they need to increase F&B guest spend in line with streamlining operations and enriching the guest service,” said Graham Rushin, VP Sales and Marketing at IRIS.
“IRIS’s participation in Oracle Cloud Marketplace further extends our commitment to the Oracle community and enables customers to easily reap the benefits of F&B Mobile Ordering. We look forward to leveraging the power of OCI to help us achieve our business goals.”
