SCCI Group Acquires SCS Technologies, Expanding UK Hospitality Technology Capability

SCCI Group, parent company of Airwave Europe, has acquired SCS Technologies, expanding its hospitality technology capabilities across the UK.

The acquisition combines technical expertise and national coverage from both organisations, allowing the group to offer a broader range of services from a single source.

SCS Technologies specialises in TV distribution, digital signage, satellite communications and hospitality technology. Airwave Europe provides guest entertainment systems, content management, AV, and network design and support. Together, the businesses now cover design, installation, connectivity, content and ongoing service.

For customers, this means access to wider technical capability, increased delivery capacity and a larger engineering and support network across the UK.

Day-to-day operations remain unchanged: existing teams, contracts and contacts continue as before, now with the additional resources of the wider SCCI Group.

The group includes specialists in fire and life safety systems, security and access control, fibre networking and connectivity solutions, alongside hospitality technology.

Where projects require work across different building systems, this can be managed through a single point of contact, reducing coordination overhead and simplifying contractor management.
