He remarked: "Tonight's awards ceremony has really showcased the outstanding talents within our sector. It recognises the achievements of marketing teams and agencies embracing the latest technology and channels, with the winners demonstrating creativity, innovation and dedication — setting new benchmarks for hotel marketing excellence.

“It’s events like this that encourage our community to take stock of what they have achieved over the past year. Our sphere has diversified significantly and it's amazing to see so many talented individuals continuing to put their best foot forward in the competitive world of marketing.”

HMA, which is part of HOSPA, the Hospitality Professionals Association, is the only dedicated body for hotel marketers in the UK and provides them with support and inspiration — delivering an annual schedule of engaging events and networking with inspiring experts and speakers.

Harry added: "The pace of innovation in marketing technology is relentless, but every year, these awards demonstrate that the core principles of excellent marketing are timeless. The most effective campaigns always ground themselves in clear goal setting, intelligent segmentation and empathetic messaging within the target audience. New marketing technologies are highly valuable additions to our marketing arsenal, and the winners show a mastery of this while remaining true to core marketing best practice."

“On behalf of myself and the rest of the team at HMA, we want to congratulate all of the worthy winners and finalists — we can’t wait to do it all again next year!”
