Redefining Hospitality: Trends Shaping the Future of Work and Customer Experience for a Brighter Future
Tuesday 17th September, from 10am, BT Tower
From the amazing BT Tower firstly hear from Keynote Speaker Dr Nicola Millard, Principal Innovation Partner at BT, who will bring her thoughts on this topic. The future world of work was already being redefined by digital technologies before the pandemic hit. Now, as old and new ways of working collide, we have a unique opportunity to rethink things to make work work for people (whether customers or employees), productivity and the planet, whilst harnessing the best of both real and digital worlds and new technologies, such as AI.
Taking the lead from this keynote, we will follow with a panel power discussion Redefining Hospitality - Building a Brighter Future led by Jane Pendlebury, CEO of HOSPA. This will be an informative session on the value of people and how we can ensure we are meeting the demands of the newer generations coming into Hospitality whilst portraying the industry as a great place to work.
